We want you to love your ring. If it doesn't fit perfectly or isn't exactly what you imagined, we've got you covered.
How It Works
First exchange is free on orders over $100 within 30 days of delivery. Orders under $100 incur a $10 handling fee to cover shipping and processing.
What qualifies:
- Ring is unworn and in brand-new condition
- Original packaging included
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Standard sizes only (custom sizes excluded)
The process is simple:
- Email us at info@mensrings.co.nz with your order number and preferred size/style
- Return your ring in original packaging to:
MR, PO Box 16247, Bethlehem 3110, Tauranga - Once received and inspected, we'll ship your replacement immediately

Sale Items
Sale items may be exchanged for a $10 fee but cannot be refunded. All exchanges subject to the same conditions above.
Refund Policy
We don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. Try your ring on at home, but don't wear it out – we need to resell it as brand new.
Faulty items: If your ring arrives damaged or defective, we'll provide a full remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact us immediately at info@mensrings.co.nz.
