Exchange Policy For Titanium, Tungsten, Tisten and Steel:
We have a 30 day fee free exchange policy on your first exchange Sale items are unable to returned for a refund but may be exchanged for a fee. Please note that we do not provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the item is faulty we will provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We do our best to ensure that you are taken care of before, during and after the sale. We take great care when inspecting, packing and shipping your items, so it is very unlikely you will ever need to exchange an item at all, but here is our policy should you ever need to.
- The ring is unworn and in brand new condition;
- The ring is in original packaging;
- The ring is returned to us within 30 days;
- The ring is not a custom size
- Limited to one free ring exchange per order. Additional exchanges available for a fee of $10.
We need to be able to re-sell the item as brand new. We understand you have to try the ring on but please do not wear it out ! As soon as you know you need to exchange it, please place email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what size you want to replace it with. Once, done pop it back into it’s packaging and return it to:

Once the incorrect ring has been received and inspected, your new ring will be sent out to you.
