We stand behind the quality of every ring we sell. If your ring fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time, we'll replace it—no questions asked.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects - Cracks, breaks, or structural failures
  • Material defects - Flaws in the tungsten, titanium, or tisten material itself
  • Stone setting issues - Inlays or stones coming loose due to poor craftsmanship

What's NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or scuffs (note: tungsten is scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof)
  • Loss, theft, or misplacement
  • Accidental damage (dropping, crushing, chemical exposure)
  • Resizing (tungsten and ceramic rings cannot be resized)
  • Changes in ring size due to weight gain/loss
  • Damage from improper care or storage

How It Works

Step 1: Contact us with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: We'll review within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: If approved, we'll send a replacement ring at no charge (you cover return shipping of the defective ring - approximately $5-10 NZ).

Step 4: Receive your replacement within 5-7 business days.

Important Terms

  • Warranty applies to original purchaser only (not transferable)
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • One replacement per ring per defect type
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned rings
  • If your exact ring is discontinued, we'll offer a comparable replacement
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
  • Replacement shipping within NZ is free

Our 30-Day Exchange Policy Still Applies

Don't love your ring? You have 30 days to exchange it for any reason—no defect needed. This Lifetime Guarantee covers you after that 30-day window for manufacturing issues only.
